Filterkaffee aus der Hölle

I designed an album cover in two editions for the punk band FURIE. After all, why settle for just one cover for an album!? The process began with a series of in-depth meetings and discussions to jointly explore a theme and style. Throughout, the focus was consistently on analogue and hands-on working methods. This gave rise to a process combining digital graphics, printing, analogue enhancement with ink pens, scanning and re-embedding into a digital format. All digital elements were also printed via a faulty printer, so that the resulting artefacts could ultimately be superimposed back onto their digital versions. This resulted in a layout that is clean yet possesses a raw texture and a printed look.
